so today i got a bit pissed off, i have a night class til 8:20, which still gives me 30 min to run and do weights. wellll this stupid girl in my class never shuts up so once again we got out late and i could only run for 15 min. cause our gym closes at 9. but anyyywhoo, i thought i would at least make the best out of it, so i ran hard for 15 min. at 12 min i had hit a mile. and at the end of the 15 min i was at 1.32 miles. so i feel good about that. i cut about 4ish minutes off my mile. yipppee.eating is going okay. didnt get breakfast in today cause i totally overslept. didnt even get to class ha. oh well. im going to try harder tomorrow to eat better.
