Technically

so i went and worked out today.
i decided it doesnt matter for how long i run for weight loss.
i mean yes it helps, but it is better to run a shorter time with random sprints.
so that is what i did today. i just ran for 20ish minutes. with 1 min sprints when i felt the energy to go. ran normally at a 4/ 4.5 the sprints were up to 6. felt really great actually. and i did some more crunches and weights. i can feel things starting to tighten up. not a whole lot because i have not been working at it for too long. but there is a change and i like it. and i have been doing alot better with eating and late night snacking. choosing to have an apple and a special k bar rather than ramen now. BIG difference, haha.

it is a great web site FREE too!!
they give you meal plans, help you decide a healthy weight, healthy meals for you. they also track how many calories you burn, doing just about anything. and help you track all your food. AAANNDD the great thing is at the end of the day you go to 'track today' or whatever it says and it tells you like today you met your goal for calorie intake but you were under on protein and it gives you little tips to help you out. i love it, you'll love it. it's grand.

anyways. we have midterms this week in foundations. not really looking forward to it. but eh. have to get some rest for all the stuff i have to do tomorrow.

Holy Cow

so once again sorry for the late update. we are just really busy here at school. and i dont ever get a chance to workout. but i made time today and went. ran 1.95 miles in 25 min. i started to feel sick from supper so i stopped but then i did some crunches. super tired and still don't feel well. but it was a nice run. rocked out to some mayday parade.

any ways. we are still working on our costumes in class and that's about it lol. today we got to learn some drum stuff for the parade.. very interesting might i say. but it was neat. 

national portfolio day here at KCAI this saturday. it's going to be super busy all damn day. woot...

Away for the Weekend

this weekend i got to go home for a bit. it was really nice, i brought my friend jessica along with me. i didn't get in much exercise besides walking around. i had a great time at home though. got to see chris which was awesome and had my mom do my laundry ha ha. i did not get any homework done at all this weekend, i was way too distracted. i have alot to catch up on now. and today i missed class because i was feeling like poop. woke up crying because of the pain. i have a feeling this is not going to be a good week at all. i just want it to be the weekend again. oh and this weekend my friend shawna had her baby. she hasnt been feeling too well at all, she has cancer and is going through chemo, so things are rough for her. other than all that things have been blah. nothing exciting at all. hopefully i will feel better enough to go running tomorrow. 

oh and guess whaaaaat?!
so when i went home this weekend i had access to a scale, now i know weight isnt everything but its just nice to know, so i hopped on and guess what...
i went from weighing around 160 when i left for school. i now weigh 147. thankyouverymuch.

Ugh

sorry for the delay. this weekend was crazy busy. unfortunately i did not go running at all this weekend. we have two huge projects in foundations. we finished our outfits made out of paper. and now we are making full on costumes for a parade. so i have just been super busy working on those lately. butttt today i got in a run. it was only for 15 min. but i did well. ran at about a 4.7 then did hella crunches. so something is better than nothing. i just wish our gym here had better hours. i am looking into getting a gym membership but that is about 40 bucks a month that i can't afford what so ever. 

hopefully i can make some tee shirts here soon and get some extra money.

oh well. 
today sucks.

Short

so today i got a bit pissed off, i have a night class til 8:20, which still gives me 30 min to run and do weights. wellll this stupid girl in my class never shuts up so once again we got out late and i could only run for 15 min. cause our gym closes at 9. but anyyywhoo, i thought i would at least make the best out of it, so i ran hard for 15 min. at 12 min i had hit a mile. and at the end of the 15 min i was at 1.32 miles. so i feel good about that. i cut about 4ish minutes off my mile. yipppee.
eating is going okay. didnt get breakfast in today cause i totally overslept. didnt even get to class ha. oh well. im going to try harder tomorrow to eat better.

Awesomeeee

so im am SO proud of myself. today i went to our 'gym' (its a dorm room with some equipment in it lol) and i ran 2 miles in 30 minutes!! and i dont feel like i am going to die! then i did the usual..crunches, weights, etc.. its awesome to be able to push myself within the first few days. added on to my list of what i ate today (down below) i had some peaches and a pb and j. and just keep drinking water. wooooo. this is so exciting. my friend kelly (from facebook) is also doing the same thing.. check out her blog too!! we long distance workout partners lol

SCHOOL/ARTWORK:
i know i said i would update with photos but i still need to edit them. and watermark my own artwork so ill get on that later. but today we just continued making our clothes out of paper and spray painting them. so nothing really new. i have art history and writing and foundations tomorrow... i would highly recommend going an art school or looking into it. check out our website kcai.edu students work is constantly updated (upperclassmen) but its great. really chill and i just can't tell you how much i really love it.

here are my before pictures, im not obese, there is just some extra unwanted stuff going on. ha, so i plan on toning up my tummy and defining my arms and butt. (gotta have a nice booty) and then just all around healthier body. i still need to go running tonight but food wise i have done fairly well today.
